I am a design researcher and creative facilitator with a background in social psychology as well as years of consulting and in-house experience. I strive to better understand how individuals interact with the world around them, what drives their behaviors, and how their lives could be improved.

In practice, I help teams identify the overlap between user needs and business goals to drive forward business and product strategy. I work to ensure that we not only build the right thing at the right time for the right users, but that we also design and implement it in a way that honors the users’ needs.
